Outdoor LED String Lights with Weather Resistant Bulbs – Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Outdoor LED String Lights with Weather Resistant Bulbs stay outside all year?
Check the IP rating in the specifications above. IP65 lights are protected against rain and jets of water and suit exposed walls and gardens; IP44 lights suit sheltered spots such as covered porches. Solar lights charge best with 6–8 hours of direct daylight and may give shorter run times in winter.
Does it need wiring or an electrician?
Solar models need no wiring – simply place them where they get direct sunlight. Mains-powered outdoor lights are hardwired and should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations.
Is it a good gift?
Yes – it makes a thoughtful housewarming, birthday or holiday gift for anyone who loves their home. Every order ships free.
How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch (6–14 business days in total). Some items are heavy, long or made from delicate materials, so we pack and ship them with extra care – this can sometimes make delivery take a little longer. Tracking is provided where available.
What if I change my mind or it arrives damaged?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage for change-of-mind returns may be payable. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email sales@broklen.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
