Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-12 business days after dispatch (6-14 business days in total). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Why can some deliveries take longer?

Some items are heavy, long or made from delicate materials, so we pack and ship them with extra care. This can sometimes make delivery take a little longer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

What is your returns policy?

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@broklen.com with your order number to start a return, and see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do I need an electrician to install your lights?

Hardwired pendants, chandeliers, ceiling lights and wall sconces should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local electrical codes. Plug-in lamps, USB lights and solar lights need no installation.

Are bulbs included?

Integrated LED fixtures need no bulbs. For fixtures with sockets, bulbs are not included unless stated — check the What's Included and Specifications sections on each product page for the fitting (E27, E14, G9, GU10 and so on) and maximum wattage. We recommend LED bulbs for efficiency and low heat.

Which voltage are your lights?

Each product page lists the voltage in its Specifications. Where a light is made in more than one version, it is supplied to suit your region. If you are unsure, email sales@broklen.com before ordering.

How do I choose the right size of pendant or chandelier?

As a quick rule, add your room's length and width in feet — the total in inches is a good chandelier diameter. Over a kitchen island, hang pendants 76-91 cm (30-36") above the countertop.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

We photograph every product as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Natural materials such as marble, travertine, alabaster and wood vary from piece to piece.

Are the measurements exact?

Measurements are taken by hand, so please allow a small variation of 1-2 cm.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@broklen.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
