Are your tumblers BPA-free?
Yes. All Broklen tumblers are made from food-grade stainless steel with BPA-free lids and straws. Your health and safety is always our priority.
How long do your tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Our double-wall vacuum insulated tumblers keep drinks cold for up to 11 hours and hot for up to 7 hours under normal conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on the initial temperature of your drink and the surrounding environment.
Are the lids leakproof?
Our lids are designed to be highly spill-resistant. For best results, ensure the lid is securely closed before tilting or carrying your tumbler. We recommend keeping it upright when not in active use.
Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing the tumbler body to maintain the vacuum insulation and protect the finish. Lids and straws can generally be cleaned on the dishwasher's top rack.
What sizes are available?
We offer tumblers in multiple sizes, most commonly 20oz (around 600ml) and 40oz (around 1.2 litres). Please check individual product pages for the specific sizes available for each style.
Are your tumblers suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Our tumblers make fantastic gifts. Many of our designs come in beautiful colourways and we offer a variety of styles to suit any personality. We ship in secure, protective packaging.

Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free UK delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. Your order will be dispatched promptly and delivered to your door at no cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after your order has been dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand internationally in the near future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at sales@broklen.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking information for the latest update. If your estimated delivery date has passed and there's no further update, please contact us at sales@broklen.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.

What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are completely free — we provide a prepaid return label and charge no restocking or handling fees. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at sales@broklen.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll send you a free prepaid return label and guide you through the next steps. Exchanges are processed at no extra charge.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at sales@broklen.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no return needed in most cases.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Yes! Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery and are completely free — no exchange fee. Simply email us with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and any other payment options shown at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Completely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment and personal information. We never store your card details.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT. As we are UK-based and ship within the UK, there are no import or customs fees on your order.
