Which bulb or battery does it use?
The bulb base, or battery capacity and charging type for cordless lamps, is listed in the specifications above. Warm white light of 2700–3000K is the most relaxing for living rooms and bedrooms.
Is it a good gift?
Yes – it makes a thoughtful housewarming, birthday or holiday gift for anyone who loves their home. Every order ships free.
How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch (6–14 business days in total). Some items are heavy, long or made from delicate materials, so we pack and ship them with extra care – this can sometimes make delivery take a little longer. Tracking is provided where available.
What if I change my mind or it arrives damaged?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage for change-of-mind returns may be payable. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email sales@broklen.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
