How high should I hang the Alabaster Globe Pendant Light with Brass Finish?
Over a dining table or kitchen island, hang the bottom of the light roughly 75–90 cm above the surface so it lights the table without blocking views. Over walkways and open floor, keep at least 2.1 m of clearance underneath. Where the cord or rods are adjustable, the exact length is listed in the specifications above.
Which bulb does it need, and is it dimmable?
The bulb base (for example E27, E14, G9 or integrated LED) and whether bulbs are included are listed in the specifications above. For a cosy feel we recommend warm white LED bulbs of 2700–3000K. It can be dimmed when you use dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer switch, unless the specifications say the integrated LED is non-dimmable.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
Hardwired ceiling and wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. Plug-in and battery-powered lights need no installation.
How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch (6–14 business days in total). Some items are heavy, long or made from delicate materials, so we pack and ship them with extra care – this can sometimes make delivery take a little longer. Tracking is provided where available.
What if I change my mind or it arrives damaged?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage for change-of-mind returns may be payable. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email sales@broklen.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
